Balatakaar Kanoon

After the overwhelming public response to Om Swaha, some of the performers decided to form a street theatre group. THEATRE UNION was born in late 1979. The group, in response to debates then on-going in parliament, created a street play, Balatkaar Kanoon, to look at the issue of punishment for rape.
